Smoking
If you have a genuine desire to stop smoking, hypnosis will work for you.

Healthy Eating
Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help you to be in control around food.
By tapping into the power of your subconscious mind you can
overcome your cravings for unhealthy foods and begin to
enjoy healthy nutritious foods. With hypnosis you change the way you react to food. You may find that you are more attracted to fruit and vegetables when you are shopping. You begin to eat only when you are physically hungry and you notice when you are full and stop eating. You send positive messages to your subconscious mind about how you want to live. You may even find that you begin to enjoy exercise, walking, cycling or maybe even going to the gym. Unlike losing weight through dieting, hypnosis makes losing weight a natural thing. It is not a battle between your conscious and subconscious mind. Diets simply give a very negative message to your subconscious mind. Diets make your subconscious believe there is a shortage of food or even a famine. It will therefore enable the body to extract even the tiniest amounts of fat from food and store it in order to survive the famine/diet. Sometimes, people simply overeat.
